Call the Registrar's Office, and your enrollment will be promptly taken over the phone, and your Course materials shipped immediately. All shipping is included in the cost of your enrollment - there are no additional shipping fees.

PROTECTION
POLICY

By signing the "Credit Card Contract" or by verbally acquiescing to it over the phone, or on the Internet (Budget Plans only), you are authorizing the A.I.A. to deduct your Course Fees on a monthly basis from your credit card account. As per Federal Law, only your monthly Course Fees can be deducted - nothing else - this is for your protection.



MONEY BACK AGREEMENT

Order your A.I.A. Plan One with the understanding that you can examine it in your own home for five (5) days after it has been delivered. If for any reason you do not wish to keep the Plan, simply return it to us with your reason, and we will refund your remittance in full. Please include dated return receipt in order to validate guarantee.

CD-ROM REFUND & RETURN POLICY
The refund policy regarding the CD-ROM version of the Asheford program, applies only to unopened, complete CD Plans. Any CD's that have been opened will not be refunded due to the possibility of 'software piracy'. CD's that have been damaged in transit or are defective in any way, will be replaced by the Asheford Institute at no charge.

Terms, Conditions & Guarantees

I wish to examine the Asheford Institute of Antiques Plan One. The first of the five Plans is shipped to me by prepaid, insured parcel post with the understanding that I may mail it back in five days after I receive it for a full refund of my money if I am not satisfied, giving my reasons why.

I am to receive:

The complete Asheford Institute of Antiques Home Study Profit and Pleasure Course; including Course in 12 volumes, Free Antique Price Guide, Research Service, Business Kit, Information Bulletin, Newspaper Subscription, Membership Card.

Full examination correction and consultation service and all other privileges accorded students. Including Free Advisory and Consultation Service for up to 3 years after enrollment, plus an additional 1 year "grace period," for a total allowable Course completion time of 4 years (additional completion time after this period will incur a "reactivation" fee for student accounts and services).


Individual instruction through the Faculty and Consulting Staff, who are under the personal supervision of Charlie  David Green, Director of A.l.A.

The Asheford Institute of Antiques Diploma of Graduation, which is to be awarded to me after I have satisfactorily completed the Course, completed my Course payments, and have fully complied with the terms of this Contract.

I agree to follow the Course Plans diligently and restrict use of same to myself. If I decide to keep the Plans, I will send payments in accordance with my selection checked in the Application Form listed in STEP 3

PAYMENT METHODS:

STEP 2 - Payment Plan Options

PAYMENT PLANS: You may choose from three separate Payment Plans when ordering the Asheford Course. There are two "Installment" Plans (tuition is paid monthly), and one paid "IN Full" Plan. Consider a Plan that best suits your needs (You will "select" your Payment Plan Option in STEP 3)

PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS:

PLAN (A) $995.00
$20.00 with enrollment and $35.00 each month thereafter until the full price of $995.00 is paid.

PLAN (B) $945.00
$35.00 with enrollment and $45.00 each month thereafter until the full price of $945.00 is paid.


PLAN (C) $895.00
As payment IN FULL (save $100.00)

IMPORTANT:
On Budget Plan Lessons (monthly payments), Course materials are sent out in installments upon receipt and grading of examinations. All tuition payments are due on a monthly basis and must be kept current, regardless of progress in the Course.

When payment "In Full" is sent upon enrollment, the "complete" Course (all materials) will be shipped at once.

NOTE:
Installment Plans (A and B) can make your tuition payments more flexible over time. Payment IN FULL (Plan C) allows for the shipping of all Course materials at once (a savings of $100.000), and a faster turnaround time between examinations.
