Additionally, the Institute reserves the right to decline the enrollment of any individual at any time. TUITION SETTLEMENT POLICY: 1. No refunds will be issued after the risk-free 5-day e-Course examination period, regardless of whether or not the materials have been accessed or used within that time-frame. 2. If an e-Course cancellation request occurs when students have received more e-Course materials & services than they have paid for, they will be required to pay the ``balance`` owing on their account for any e-Course materials & services that have already been rendered (this balance is subject to a pro-rata formula calculated by the Institute, and is based on the number of e-Course lessons & services already received by the student). 3. Students who withdraw after the risk-free 5-day e-Course examination period, will be subject to a $75 Early Withdrawal Fee, in addition to any pro-rated tuition fees still owed to the Institute. 4. Outstanding tuition fees for e-Course materials and services already received will automatically be charged to students credit card information on file upon request of e-Course cancellation. Tuition payments that exceed e-Course materials sent, are non-refundable, as they constitute advance payments towards future services and materials related to subsequent plans of study. This includes, but is not limited to; instructor time, grading services, account and administrative updates, etc. 5. Students have up to four years from original enrollment date to complete their studies and to request study materials and e-Course modules regardless of the examination submission process. 6. Students requesting "reinstatement" to the Institute, after discontinuing or canceling their studies, prior to, or after the allotted four year completion time (up to one year), will be subject to a $75 Reactivation Fee, and pre-payment of subsequent e-Course modules, along with additional fees that may include, but are not limited to; e-Course content updates and revisions, instructor time, mailing fees, and associated printing costs. 7. After the allotted four year e-Course completion date has expired, students may reactivate their account (with applicable fees), for a one year extension period in order to complete their studies. After such time; four years, plus the additional reinstatement period of one year (for a total of five years), the original e-Course content and student records may no longer be available, and full "re-enrollment" may be required. Students requesting re-enrollment, after the five year period, must prepay for the Course in its entirety (5-Day Examination Period & Refund Policy do not apply). Any subsequent cancellations after re-enrollment will be subject to the same fees and conditions as listed in article (6).
