Q: Where can I go to update my student account and general information?
A: Student accounts are kept "offline" in order to protect financial and personal information. In order to update your student account with new credit card information, change of address, etc. you can use the school's end-to-end encrypted email by contacting them at [email protected] or by calling the Admissions Office toll free at 877-444-4508.

Q: Where do I go to get access to my e-Course?
A: The "enrollment email" that you originally received from the school's Admissions Office is where you will find your pass-code and URL address to the e-Course (It is NOT located on the school's web site). Information for accessing your e-Course modules can only be found in the emails sent to you from the school's Admissions Department. You will need to keep these emails since they contain your personal access information to the e-Course.

A: You'll find your "mandatory exam" for each plan of study at the end of the Care & Restoration module. Each plan of study has one mandatory exam, with the exception of Plan Five, which has a mandatory Appraisal Exam, and a mandatory 1000 word essay.

A: No, Instructors like to make sure that students have successfully completed each module of study before they move on to their next study plans. Therefore, you will need to receive your exam results first, before proceeding on to your subsequent plan of study. Instructors will mark, grade, and comment on exams, and then send your next set of pass-codes to you along with your exam results.

A: Staff and Student Instructor's will respond to queries and emails within 24 to 48 hours (often much sooner).
